The main sports complex for the College of William and Mary, the Walter J. Zable Stadium at Cary Field is home field for the school's football and track & field teams. At capacity, the stadium holds over 12,000 fans, though the official limit has been broken with a record attendance of some 19,000 at a heated game in 1949 against UNC. Located on campus, other attractions of the school include its beautiful architecture and the Muscarelle Museum of Art.
